Game in a tray that would become a box but I wasn't able to finish it so it's still a tray - the game

Find resources in the water by moving the green tool head around, the indicator lights will blink faster or slower depending on how close you are to a resource on each axis. If you are close enough that both indicators blink rapidly you can use the right mouse button to claim that resource.

Controls: 

WASD to move
RMB to claim resource (if close enough that both indicator lights flash rapidly)
Hold SPACEBAR for at least 1 second to move to the turret section (unfinished)

There was supposed to be a whole thing about enemies coming in waves to steal your resources which you had to shoot down with the turret but I did not get that far.
